Suggested Usage Guide

  Mix two flat scoops (approx. 26g) of Formula 1 and one scoop of Formula 3 Protein with 250ml skimmed milk. Water or plant-based alternatives such as almond, soy, oat, or rice milk may also be used.

• Herbalife Original Tea:
  Mix one teaspoon with 250ml hot or cold water, according to taste.

• Oat Apple Fibre Drink:
  Mix one scoop with 150ml water, or add directly to your Formula 1 Shake.
